2021 BILL'S BLEND (3 pack)

Our red blend hails from Red Mountain, the most prestigious AVA in Washington.  The grapes were picked September 25 to October 16 from the “Heart of the Hill” single vineyard. Each varietal was hand-sorted and fermented separately in stainless-steel tanks for 14 days (on skins) followed by 36 months aging in French Oak (30% new-medium toast) There is great acidity, structured tannins, freshness, elegance, power and balance in this wine. Expected to age well over the next 15 to 20 years.
